1. Share an incident where you needed an extra pair of hands.
2. What are the advantages of having a bigger team?
3. What are some negative consequences for being too busy?
4. How can we reduce our busyness?
5. As you assess your time, identify two areas that you have neglected because you have been too busy.
6. In order to find time to do the important things in life, we need to take some less important things off our plate. Name three responsibilities that you can delegate to another person.
7. Name a couple of gifts God has given to you to use for Him. How are you using those gifts?
8. Name a couple of passions that God has given to you. How are you using them for the Lord?
9. In order to maximize our effectiveness for the Lord, we need to be full of the Spirit. How can you be full of the Spirit?
