1. What are the different meanings for love? Is there a difference between how the secular world defines love and how the Bible defines it? If yes, what is the difference?
2. What do you agree or disagree with the statement: “Without love, life is meaningless?” and why?
3. Why do people say, “Is there more to life than this?”? What are they looking for?
4. World Vision president says, “Let my heart be broken by the things that break God’s heart.” What are two things that break God’s heart?
5. Read verses 4-7, what is one area that you need to improve on from the love definition?
6. Name one specific application you will do this week in respond to the item you indicated in question #5.
7. Identify two individuals that you can love more this week. How would you show your love to them?
8. Jesus says that we should love our enemies. Identify two individual that does not like you. Ask the Lord to show you how you can love them.
