Discussion Questions

1. Describe the health of our society spiritually, physically, emotionally, and mentally.
2. How do people appear publicly in comparison to how they appear privately? Is there a difference? If yes, why and how?
3. What are the qualities of a highly healthy person? How would they behave?
4. Do you focus more on “doing” or “being”? Which one is more important to God and why?
5. Name one specific way you can improve the health of your spiritual life.
6. Can you comment on the following sentence-“It is not how much I can do for God, but how much we allow God to do through us”?
7. Name one incremental step you can take in the next two weeks that will improve the health of your physical condition.
8. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being excellent, how do you rate your emotional health? Name one thing that you can do that will improve it.
9. Describe a person that you would like to be mentored by and why?
