Sermon Title: The Story of An Ex-Corpse

Scripture: Isaiah 52:12-53:12

1. Share an incident where you were rejected and there was good that came out of it.
2. Why was Jesus rejected? What good came out of it? What benefits does man received because of Christ’s death and resurrection?
3. Jesus will never leave us. Share an incident where you were lonely, but you sense God’s presence.
4. Pulse and pray: Thank God for what He has done for you on the cross.
5. Because of the resurrection, Jesus has set us free. What has He set us free from?
6. What are some things that we do to try to gain more of God’s love? Why do we feel these actions are necessary? In reality, we do not need to do anything more to gain God’s love. He accepts us the way we are.
7. What if Jesus did not rise from the dead, how would it affect Christianity?
8. Because of the resurrection, we are set free from the penalty of sin and the power of sin. Share 2 bad habits that God can help us be free from.
9. What can we do to remind us of the resurrection?
