1. The acrostic for TEAM is Together Everyone Accomplishes More. What does this mean to you?
2. Share a personal experience where a team did not play together?
3. How did they not play together? What kind of attitude did they have? How are these attitudes conveyed in their action?
4. Why didn’t the team members want to play together?
5. What is the significance of playing together as a team?
6. Why do we choose to work on a task by ourselves instead of working in a team?
7. What are the advantages of working in a team?
8. Share a personal experience where a team played together?
9. What are the characteristics of a strong team?
10. Each member shares their God given gifts and passions. Have other members affirm their gifts and passions.
